Specific or requested photos such as screen shot ideas, Pinterest boards, Instagram or Facebook feeds, another photographer’s work, etc., cannot be guaranteed by the author. The client reserves the right to cancel this agreement but without the right to a refund of a reservation booking fee.

After a session, within 10 days, the photographer will send a link to the proofing gallery (with watermarked photos). The client will have 10 days to choose the images as well as make any additional purchases. The chosen photos will be then prepared and retouched (the number of photos is defined by the chosen package). The gallery will only remain active for 10 days after that. After 10 days, the photographer has the right to choose photos.

The Client acknowledges that he/she is familiar with the Author’s portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of the Author’s style. The Author’s work is constantly evolving and her services are of a unique and artistic nature. The images may be different from photographs taken by the Author in the past. In creating the photos, the Author will use her personal artistic judgment to create images consistent with her personal vision of the event. Accordingly, the Client acknowledges that the photographs will not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or aesthetic criteria.

The Client understands the style of Photographer and hired for her expertise and artistic expression. All children will be photographed as they are with an effort to bring out their happiest side. In the event subjects are uncooperative or unwilling to act as parents with them to, the Photographer will photograph in a more natural, less directed nature.

All payments are due in full unless payment arrangements have been made. Orders will not be processed until payment in full is received. If the client has arranged a payment plan, the order will be placed after the final payment has been received.

The charges in this Agreement are based on the Photographer’s Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.

In case of illness or misadventure, please call as soon as possible to reschedule. The photographer maintains the right to reschedule at any time should it become necessary but will do her utmost to negotiate a mutually acceptable rebooking. The request must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the photography session.

The photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.

The author is obliged to provide her services to the best of her abilities but reserves the right to complete stylistic and artistic expression.

The photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. The client will be responsible for their children and themselves and release the photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

Only images ordered at the time of viewing will be kept on file. The images on this site are from a large number of sessions and it is not possible to offer every pose or set up in each session. Every session is unique to each client. If a particular pose, prop or photo is wanted, the client will discuss any requests before the day of the session. The photographer will make every effort to comply with requests for specific photos. However, this will be dependent on the willingness/co-operation of subjects; it may not be possible for all or any of the images requested or expected to be captured.

The client is aware that the photographer may use some photographs for promotional materials, including social media, websites and competitions. If you don't want your images to be used in this way, please let me know in writing when you book your session. The photographer will respect the client's wishes not to publish images in the portfolio and on social media. You will receive 3 additional images (of my choice) as a thank you for allowing me to use your images on my social media and website.

All prices are subject to change without notice by the photographer. No consideration will be given to previous clients regarding product pricing, availability, or session fees. (Prices/collections valid at the time of paying deposit/booking will be honored).

The client will receive only retouched images in the number determined by the chosen package. The proofing gallery includes resized watermarked unedited photos to choose from. There is a possibility to buy all remaining unedited photos (medium resolution) for 99 CHF, but this option is only available for Gold and Platinum packages.

If, in the opinion of the photographer, inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the creation of a portrait meeting the artistic standards, the photographer may elect to use an alternate location or to reschedule the session.

The client understands and agrees that the client is hiring the photographer to perform the photographer’s services in the photographer’s own discretion and style. The client has no authority to control the manner in which the photographer takes photos. The client agrees and understands that the quality of a photograph is entirely subjective. The client has no right to rescind this agreement in any way if the client is not satisfied with the photographer’s photography. The photographer does not offer free or discounted re-shoots on the basis of client regret over wardrobe choice, location choice, etc.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the photographer for any liability, damage, or loss related to technological failure. Cameras, hard drives, and memory cards are subject to technical failure. The photographer will take reasonable steps to prevent data loss but is not liable for the loss of data due to technical failure.

The photographer is obliged to provide her services to the best of her abilities but reserves the right to complete stylistic and artistic expression.
